Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation

Due to the nature of electronic devices, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must not be activated or used.
- Return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Non-returnable cases:
- Used or activated laptops
- Software-related issues after activation
- Physical damage caused by the customer

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Order cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of placing the order only if the item has not been shipped.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
