We process all laptop orders within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery time within the United Arab Emirates: 2 to 5 business days.  
International delivery: 5 to 10 business days depending on the shipping provider and destination.

All laptops are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
